NOVITOOL^® PUN M^™ Mobile Finger Punch

Making finger- or finger over finger splices

This puncher is meant to punch fingers at the ends of PU- and PVC-conveyor belts as a preparation for making finger- or finger over finger splices.

No need for electricity or air pressure

The PUN M is a manually operated puncher that does not need electricity or air pressure for its operation. The punching force of 50 kN can be applied by hand easily. Therefore this puncher is very suited for working on location. Because of its easy set up and working speed you can also use it in your workshop. It’s available in 3 standard widths, 300, 600 and 900mm. The open construction of the puncher enables punching wider belts in multiple steps.

Simple operation

One end of the belt is placed against the end-stop with one hand. With a simple movement of the other hand the belt is fixed in the desired position with the clamping bar. Each pull of the handle punches 60-90 mm wide, depending the finger size. The type of punching board generally depends on the desired type of splice and therefore it is not included.
